Pensil case

Hi friends,

Today I'm made a pensil case for myself.
I decided to use Cheery Lynn Design dies which I brought 2 month ago to make this case.

Firstly, I cut my old jean wit Sweet Williams die. I need to roll over and over and over. And, I also place some paper to make the die cut nicely. I also need scissor to cut the imperfect cut.

Old jean cut with Sweet William

I also cut used Victorian Romance Flourish. But, this time I cut with cardstock, since I don't have anyting to match the color. Hehehe.. Ooo I align the die half then cut. I did this two times.
err.. actually it was plum puding color not pink. Such a camera trick.
To maintain the shape, I don't want the shape peel out as I love to see the pattern, I glued the front & back with Glossy Accent.I also added some Diamond Stickle to highlight some area.

Then, I cut light purple felt, with French Flair Doily. I used second small size. Distressed with Faded Jean Ink.

I cutted purple felt with French Flair Doily
Denim blue felt - front

Back. Hand stitched.
I also cut Coaster chipboard from PTI with Exotic Butterfly Small. Colored with Copic marker and added some Liquid Pearl-White Opal.

Glued the  2 Victorian Romance Flourish first. I used velcro as fastener. To cover the the stripe I glued jean flowers at the top.

Then, Added Liquid Pearl at certain area to make more interesting look.
Assemble all die cut for front pencil case.

I just glued the felt to cover my hand stitched with liquid glue.. as you see, the glue not dried yet. Need to rush, my baby crying.
Back.
